Ship Investment Company Legislation is a system in which investors receive dividends by leasing ships to shipping companies using an investment vehicle ("Ship Investment Company" or "Shipping Fund") established under the Ship Investment Company Act.. Vessels are acquired through new-building or second-hand with loans raised from domestic and foreign financial institutions and funds collected from investors.

Our company establishes and operates ship funds, inject capital on behalf of investors for newbuilding or chartering etc. process, and manage the overall operation regarding the invested vessel. In addition, based on our experience and capabilities as the first established ship fund management company in Korea, we provide professional advisory services on ship investment and ship finance.
